Question about video leaderboards

Dear all,
Are the results on the video leaderboards sorted by the results of the perceptual quality test by default? On the image leaderboards it is clear that they are sorted by Elo scores, but these don't seem to be available on the video leaderboards.
Also, the link to the leaderboard on the homepage is broken.
