Dear Organizers,

I would like to clarify the following issue:

I noticed that the total size of all individual bitstream files is smaller than the size of the zip file obtained after packaging or compressing all the bitstreams together. What I am confused about is whether the final bpp constraint refers to (1) the size of the submitted zip file (i.e., the value shown on the leaderboard), or (2) the actual total size of all individual bitstream files.
