How does the server run the decoder after submission

Dear Organizers

We have successfully run the decoder on our local server. However, after several submissions, the web log shows that the decoder failed. We suspect that the path of the corresponding file changed after submission to the server, so the decoder failed to run. More details are in http://compression.cc/submission/156/.

Could you please explain in detail how the server runs decoding after submitting data and decoder zip? For example, we wonder if they are in the same folder after unzipped?
