Dispatch Failed for SES Integration

Hi,

Followed the documentation for SES integration – but getting a "dispatch failed" while sending a test email or saving the settings. I have a prior Mandrill integration, not sure if that's creating an issue. I don't see a way to disable the Mandrill integration either.
