How can you find out how many users have disabled push notifications vs users who have uninstalled the app?

When viewing stats for push notification campaign results, I see that some push notifications are undelivered due to app installs. How about errors due to a user that has the app installed, but has disabled notifications?

Hi Matt,

If the user has the app installed but has disabled notifications, the push will not be delivered to them in the first place, hence no errors.

Hi Matt,

Clarifying on my original answer:

To find out how many users have disabled push notifications, you can go to "Find People" and under common properties, choose "Reachability" and filter out only those users who have "Unsubscribed Push" = "Yes". Then, click on "View Details". Here is a screenshot showing how you can do this:

If the user has the app installed but has disabled notifications, the push will not be delivered to them in the first place. So, in this situation, there will be no errors with sending pushes. To view uninstall data, you can go to the Uninstall Dashboard to see daily, weekly, and monthly app uninstall numbers. On the uninstall dashboard, you can even see numbers broken down by OS (Android, iOS).

Thanks,
