Dear Clevertap,

We are installed clevertap for our website to track following user actions. We don't have any type of mobile apps behind that we want to use clevertap for our website and track to users engagements.

We don't want any process links or provide us your contact number.

Where we can track our user actions in clevertap following actions 

1) User enter in website and exit pages what action done. 

2) No of Goal Conversation made by user etc...

3) What is SDK and how to implement for integrate with website.

4)  how to do the Cloud integration 

When i am trying to get all above information in clevertap not getting and its showing only following actions:

at Analyze: Tab

User Actions: Select Range: 

1) Define Funnel Steps: 

STEP 1: Stayed : App Lunched: App Install: Notifications Viewed: UTV Visited.

Filter by event properties: First Time

As well as we can see the visitors difference between clevertap to google analytics, we are  getting every day 800 to 900 visitor per day in google analytic and in clevertap 329 to 400 Events only per day. Why that huge difference?

Thank you for detailing it out. Allow me to answer your questions inline for context.

Q. User enter in website and exit pages what action done. 

A.  This is not tracked out of the box. You have to define a series of event you want to track, which will allow you to measure how many people view which pages on your website.

Eg. Event : Page Viewed { Page Name : Sign up Page}

Q. No of Goal Conversation made by user etc...

A. You can set the "Conversion Event" on the right-top section of the screen to see number of times a user has performed an event on their User Profile.

Q. What is SDK and how to implement for integrate with website.

A. SDK is for Apps, Javascripts is for Websites.

Q.  how to do the Cloud integration 

A. Can you explain your question a little bit? What do you mean by "Cloud" integration?

A. The correct way to find out total number of users visiting your website on a given day is by going to Find People and querying the following. 

Techno > Device > Desktop

Techno > Browser > Everything but Mobile App (WAP traffic)

The reason GA reports 900 and CleverTap reports 300 is that because GA reports users in the last 5 mins vs. CleverTap reporting users in the last 15 mins.

Thanks for your reply.

Just i want to confirm that you guys are mentioned user can create 64 events in clevertap, how to create different events with those 64 non created events.

Example: I want to see the user flow in our website, once user enter in website in which pages user visited and spend time.

You can learn more on what events to track and how to create events on web from our support website : support.clevertap.com.

For analysing series of events user performs, you can view CleverTap Funnels. 

Complete user flow analysis is not available at the moment.
