Hi, we are trying to send email to user with Abandoned cart. How can we send multiple items in email? We are able to send last item only using dynamic @ reference.

Hi Anurag,

For InAction Emails campaigns you can personalise the content based on event properties of the trigger event. 

You can send as many items as event properties to be able to personalise using all of them.

For example:

Send event properties like multiple Product Name(s) of the event Added to Cart can be used to personalise abandoned cart emails.
