notes created outside any folder are not synchronized

Notes (quick or formatted) created without any chosen folder in web app, aren't synchronized to android app,

When you want to move such note to any folder, error shows:

1 Pending Drive request 

Remove parent folder - razno 404 File not found: -2

Moved note disappears, you have to logoff/logon to make note visible again.

I think the web app should save notes to "Unfiled notes" folder, when no folder is chosen.
