Hello again,

I went to CleverNotes just now to take notes on a computer purchase I'm going to be making soon (with my workplace's money!), and I found...a blank page. I'm sure this is some glitch related to my settings somewhere, but I thought I would resolve it faster if I inquired here rather than futzing with it myself for a couple of hours. %^)

Here's everything I can think of to tell you right now.
  •  I'm using Safari 7.0 (9537.71) on an iMac running Mavericks (because Chrome got soooo slow...).
  • I enabled JavaScript and Java.
  • I unblocked pop-up windows.
  • I turned off AdBlock on clevernote.co.
  • I reloaded the page after making each of those changes, but I didn't quit and restart Safari. Maybe I should do that. I didn't log out and back in again, either. I don't know if that's a factor.
  • I do have a bunch of tabs open in Safari, because those are the sites I want to take notes from in CleverNote.
  • I have two other Safari windows open, too.
I'll attach a screenshot. If there's any other information I can dig up for you, I'll be happy to do it.

Hi Glenda

Ouch! Certainly I'd suggest the reload Safari and Log out of CleverNote steps to try to get you back on track.
We've been hearing of a number of AdBlock related problems. If you look, we use "/ad/" as part of the URL, and that seems to cause AdBlock to interfere. So that's a possibility.

What would be really useful would be any messages in your Javascript log. Here are some notes on how to enable this...

"By default the developer tools is not turned on, so make sure you go to Preferences -> Advanced -> Show Develop Menu in Menu Bar. Then you can pull up the console with Command+Option+C. (That shortcut obviously assumes Mac, not sure the PC shortcut, but it's in the dropdown as well)"

If you could enable that, reload the page, and then paste the console log output, we would be more than grateful.

kind regards
