Saving to /tmp

This PR ( https://github.com/tensorflow/cleverhans/pull/445 ) changes the save location for one of the tutorials from "/tmp" to "./train_dir". Does anyone remember why we were writing to /tmp before? Do we need to do that so the default is friendly to processes that don't have write access to the cleverhans install location or something like that? Because I don't remember a reason to use specifically "/tmp" I'll assume it's OK to change unless someone replies with a reason not to change it.

I can't remember of any reasons we would have selected /tmp instead of the tutorials working directory. The PR passed Travis tests so I don't see any reasons not to change it.
