What does everyone want to do with this meeting?
There are a few projects on my docket that . I'm crocheting another
rug out of old sheets; if others were interested in a fabric exchange
of some sort, I'm hunting for a couple more sheets to add to the
project; I have a baby blue duvet that I could offer in trade, plus
assorted other scrap fabric. We could have a Rag Rugs: Once More With
Feeling meeting.
I have a couple embroidery projects lined up and I just acquired these
lovely little printouts that can be made into pocket stitch guides. I
plan to be working on a hand-stitched stuffed animal with my daughter
and a friend this week, and that's the sort of project I'd really love
to see what other people do with -- have you ever searched "plushies"
on Etsy? The creativity, the diversity, it's awesome.
And I'm always knitting. Current WIPs: a toy, a freeform scarf, and a
stashbuster blanket...
Other ideas? What's everyone working on this week? Have you seen this
amigurumi? I think I'll spring for the $2 and get the pattern,
because I'm sure I know people who would like to have one of these:
