I am desperately seeking a new home. Landlord plans to sell, I have till July1st (2010).

To maintain my childcare income, I think I will need to stay near to this New Horizons area (Coquitlam, by David and Pipeline). I am finding it very hard to know where the rentals are.I am hoping that my friends may know of others who are renting their homes, or simply of rentals available.please let me know asap.I need a minimum of 3 bedrooms, prefer 4 so I can have student/fosterchild. Safe area. Fenced yard a plus.
