Thursday meeting

Hi folks! It's that time again, our regular Thursday meeting. What
are you all working on?

I just got approved to teach an Art Felt class, so I might be doing a
little embroidery on some felt that I made, but I usually try not to
do work-related stuff, so I might instead work on designing an
applique pattern for this awesome red dress I just picked up at Value
Village. If anyone has some nice fabric scraps in red, rust, orange,
brown, cream, light blue, teal, or turquoise? I'd appreciate the
ability to pick and choose some bits.

I weighed all my stashbuster knitting projects that I've been working
on for the last 8 months (estimating for projects already given away).
The grand total was 5.6 kg. Converted to 50g balls of yarn, that's a
total of 112 balls of yarn. I did good!

I'm mainly home-based for work projects (inventory check bleh!) this
week but I'll try to make something portable (it probably will be work-
related) and come down for an hour or two (cos I like the company and
chat).

Wow Kirsten! That's some weight of stashbusting - is there a
WeightWatchers group for that :) ?

Well, there's a Ravelry group. There's a Rav group for everything.
