profits. But where do you find the right company? And
how do you draft an agreement that will protect your
interests? Our License Your Invention meeting will
provide the audience practical marketing advice with
basic legal licensing language you'll need to begin
your journey.
Step by step, Dan
Thomson will explain the key elements in a licensing
agreement, from advances and royalties to the length
of an agreement. Dan also explains complex concepts
such as warranties, indemnity and reservation of
rights all in plain English. Start learning how

MEETINGS:
"Meetings
are generally held the 2nd Thursday of every month to
discuss topics related to inventors."
We
usually have a guest speaker from the world of
inventing or a related field. Meetings are 90 minutes
long from 6:00 to 7:30 PM. All meetings are held at
the Akron-Summit County Public Library 60 S
High St, Akron, Ohio 44308 in Meeting Room #3 on
the High Street Level across from the
Auditorium.
