My Dear Brothers in the Lord.

We need to know if any one of you is willing to send your wife to theological college. I need to know before hand. One of the requirements is that they should have good points and one of which is English ie credit as a bench mark.

We would like to let you all know that the transfers will be in the month of July. Please make sure you have done your part in facilitating the smooth move.

I know that every one of you is a darling of the parishes where we are serving and that people have said that they love you and you should not move.

In my experience into all the Parishes I have been to, people have said that they did not want me to go and some of them were very ready to fight for me. It is your duty to guide them pakadafunda padajiwitsa galu goes the saying.

As you all know that this was discussed at the Pastoral Meeting it has all the canonical powers as you can read in the Canons and the Acts of the Dioceses. Doing to the contrary is a challenge to that office belonging and its consequences will not fall on the Parishioners but you who pledged the obedience.

You need now to begin preparing hand over notes for your successor to complete the development that you planned for our Parish. Chitukuko samaliza some one will help them to complete it.

The Christians can say what they want to say but at the end it is your responsibility to guide them. It is only when you yourself don't want to move that we hear of the noise but every one who knows their calling will help them understand.

I therefore call upon you all that we shall not tolerate any disorder in the Diocese.
