The following is schedule for our conference with some items of agenda which have come from the convener.However, you are kindly requested to add any item on the agenda which you think is of importnce as far as our Ministry is concerned.
Day 1 16th Oct.  Arrival from noon and registration;
Day 2 17th Oct. Mattins @6am, led by DSM, followed by Holy Mass, Celebrant, The Rt. Rev. B.V. Malasa;  Breakfast;
Day 2 17th Oct. Official Opening by The Rt. Rev. B. V. Malasa @ 9am; (before the official opening, members shall observe a minutes' silence in honour of our departed friends, Fr. and Mrs Mwamasi, Fr. Mwela, Fr. Thom Mpinga and Mrs Chisale.

iv)THe Role of Church Choir in Church Music and liturgy
Like I said these are just some of the things I hope we shall discuss but if you have an aditional, please submit your agenda to the office of the GS before 12th Oct. 2012.
