My deepest apologies. mcrute and I have been working around the clock
on the project we are working on. We totally forgot to do the basic
planning required to have this meeting.

The next meeting *will* be September 8th. We'll make sure we have some
kick-ass talks lined up and I think lightning talks would also be
included.

Again sorry for cancelling.

We should have some non-AGI folks involved in keeping Clepy running so
that in times like this we can continue to have meetings happen.

I think Mike and I are the only members consistently there. So it
wouldn't matter anyway.

I think we should consolidate with clerb. Coming up with a full menu
for each meeting is tough for us AND them.

Our languages are pretty similar, we work on similar problems, etc.

IMO, students should run clepy. They usually don't have families at
home that want attention or demanding careers or business travel.

Good idea (for merging the groups) ... not sure about students running Clepy - they are unreliable.

I plan on going to every meeting - so let me know how I can be of help.

I'm booked solid all the time: I have a family, a full time job, and have started two businesses - but one of them is Python based, and so I have a vested interest in attending.

Thanks,
~Aki

Hey Py Peeps!

I'm new to the group. I just want to confirm that the meeting is
tomorrow at BitBacker (corner of Payne and 40th).

Time?

Thanks and looking forward to meeting all of you.

Nope. The meetings are now at Leandog (see leandog.com) and are on the
2nd Monday of the month.

Seems to be for me. Are you not able to get the site?

Very odd. It wouldn't be DNS because you got the correct address. Have
you tried a trace route?

I believe I have OpenDNS proxying my traffic...so it could be their
proxy...that's why I said it could be OpenDNS. :-)

But I'm a dork, it's my cisco router config. Somehow I can't route
traffic to 68.180.x.x despite being on 68.109.x.x. Guess I'll need to
check my mask.
