SF Pycon Proposal

Tonight I am going to post what I have so far for our proposal. I will
likely need a little help over the weekend or early next week. For

If you wanted to put up all the stuff you've got so far as a page
under our clepy google group thing, I would be willing to help
proofread, organize, format, and beautify.

I don't think I can do it myself since the support page seems to
indicate you have to be the group moderator to do it.
