Is there a meeting scheduled for tomorrow?

Or is there a hiatus for this month due to Codemash?

I was just trying to get in touch with Mike. We have no talk scheduled
so I figured we would cancel. Of course, I'm sure some would want to
get together for beers instead.

From my understanding, Mike and I were going to do a short speech on Git and Bzr respectively. Mike was going to see if someone wanted to do a plug for Hg too, but I'm not sure if he talked to anyone.

That said, I'm not sure. I don't have much formally prepared for tomorrow it was going to be a 10-15 min plug on why I chose bzr and a short demo of my workflow. Mike was going to do the same for Git (as far as I know). Don't know if anyone is up for that.

Patrick and I where going to do yhe git/bzr talk. Otherwise there is
no formal talk. I figured we'd open it up to whatever anyone wants
talk about. And, yeah, beer and pizza. How many people would be
interesed in that?

Unfortunately this week is chock full of busy, so I'm going to miss it.
BTW, I think LeanDog is doing training on Monday and Tuesday, so if you haven't, you might want to double check with Jon or Chzy that the boat is still available for the evening.

I can make it tonight if this comes off, have not been able to make a
meeting since the group moved. Bazaar has driven me batty at times so
I've some interest in this.

The meeting will be held tonight as usual at 6:30. We'll be at
LeanDog, upstairs at the bar again. I'll have pizza and if anyone
would be so kind as to bring beer we'll have that as well. Aside from
the bazaar/git talk in this thread the floor will be open to
discussion on anything people find interesting. We should have a
projector too, so if you want to demo something that'll be available.

Please email back if you're planning on attending so I can scale the
pizza order appropriately. Thanks.

While I'd love to see the battle of the VC/SCC apps, I have a conflict
with a meeting in River on human trafficking*. Also, Rayka's working,
so I'm on kid duty tonight and I gotta get Osgar to bed earlier than I
usually do when he comes to the Clepy meeting.

Damn, I'm out of town (unexpectedly) so won't be making it. Was
hoping to defend mercurial, but I'm sure Dave Stanek could do that for
me.

I'll be there, esp. since it'll probably be the last one I'll be making for a while, since I'm going to be teaching Monday evenings this semester.

I won't be there, but I can summarize my thoughts.
1. Use Bazaar if you don't care about your code and are willing to go slow.
2. Use git if you hate yourself or enjoy putting your man parts in a vice.
3. Use hg if you want a nice balance between the power of git and usability.

Caution: I may be slightly biased.

Now see, you can't say stuff like that unless you're going to show up
and argue for Mercurial.

Do I need a better argument?
