Boosting direct hits?

I am usiing Cleo for typeahead search at

overall the performance is great,  but I am having trouble when I type the word "horse".  I'd like the concept "Horse" to turn up,  but it doesn't because there are many other things that start with "Horse" that have a subjective importance score greater than horse.  Since the full term has already been typed,  there is no hope that the user will type more characters and the competition will thin out.

Is there an easy way to have Cleo boost hits that are exact matches?
