Saturday, Feb 11th 9:00AM-3:30PM: Skills clinic on club fields, run by
Brett McCall and Michael Slade. Show up at 8:45 so you are ready @9!
Monday, Feb 13th: 100 burpee partner challenge at practice. You and
your partner alternating sets- first pair to reach 100 combined wins.
The most important rule is that Nick is not allowed to participate.
Monday Feb 20th: Endzone ISO challenge. You and a partner have 10
chances to score in a short-yardage ISO situation- score is +1, TO is
-1, hold and reset @5 is 0. Scores/performance on this will be used to
aid my decisions on who should pick the disc up near the endzone.
Rules:
1. You can alternate as the thrower, have one person be the thrower
10x, or any other variation.
2. You can be in up to two partnerships (e.g. Niles could throw for
Graham and cut for Connor, Graham could cut for Niles and Connor,
etc.).
3. D line should partner with D line, and O line with O line. If
you're looking to build a special chemistry with a few teammates,
maybe consider asking your group partners from Wednesday night.
4. You aren't required to do this challenge- if you don't want to have
the responsibility for our endzone scoring and would prefer to focus
on other things, that is ok.
5. Practice/tactics outside of practice with your partner(s) is
encouraged. It's good to have a couple 'go-to' moves you can use.
