Helping the Showcase Game

Chiefs,

I need a little help getting things ready for today.

1. Someone to stop by Tiger Town Graphics, pay for the banner $32.10 (you will be re-imbursed if not by the club then by me), and then hang it up on/near library bridge (I was thinking from the railing by the elevator). Let me know by 10:00am if you can do this.
2. As many people as possible to show up at 2:30pm at the Upper IM fields to help carry tables, chairs, water cooler, etc. from Fike to the fields. Should not take long if we have many hands. Also, we need to sweep the fields to pick up any trash, glass, etc. before and after!
3. If anyone knows of a way to get the announcers' voices amplified (laptop hooked up to speakers, PA system that we can borrow or rent, etc.), then please get in touch with Nick!
4. Extension Cords! We could use as many long extension cords as we can get. We are trying to put the announcers on the stadium walkover and the nearest outlet is not so near.
5. Volunteers to videotape the game. It would be nice to have like one more person. Also, you would need to bring a camera.

Thanks, guys! I really appreciate everyone's enthusiastic support for this event. Hopefully it's LEGENDARY and it becomes an annual thing.
