Urgent! Please Read and Respond

Chiefs,

As you all know, the cancelation of Joint Summit has caused us considerable financial difficulties. It was $4000 that we were expecting to earn to pay for this season's tournaments and the like.

Well, we have presently an opportunity to do some good fundraising, but we need to act fast to make this happen!

We can work the concession stand at the opening day baseball game (said to be one of busiest games of the season).

Friday, February 15 at 1:30pm

We need at least 12 volunteers, so RESPOND IF YOU CAN OR CANNOT MAKE IT!

This is the Friday before Chucktown, but it is in the afternoon...
