Use this to get as much schoolwork done as possible! 

This is the chance to give yourself extra 'breathing room' in your classes so that you can excel in your training and performance on the field at the end of the season. Our most important work happens right around 'finals season,' so work hard now and reduce stress later!

Tuesday's workout: 100 pushups, 20 minute bike/run, stretch thoroughly. Spread the pushups throughout the day if you want, or knock em out in a few sets. If you are feeling good, throw in extra sprints. Wednesday and Thursday we are back at it full speed again!
