General Outline for this week:
Monday- Mid-distance Easy
Tuesday- 3000m Time-trial
Wednesday- Mid-distance Easy
Thursday- XC Specific Strenghtening Run/Workout
Friday- Short Easy
Saturday- Mid-distance Easy
Sunday- Long @ Issaqueena
Workouts/distances will vary as always depending upon weekly mileage,
so come to practice to get your precise workout.
