Yo guys,

I'm starting the training thread up right meow.

Monday- Spin 1:45:00
Tuesday- ~11 miles at 6:45 pace

Expect daily posts until the end of time.

Mon - 2k swim
Tues - 3k swim; Excellently productive club meeting! Stoked about the
upcoming cross season. Weather should be awesome for the next few day
so take advantage of it.

Wednesday-7 miles with Arrowsmith. Airport Out and Back. 6:28 avg
pace. Weather was ridiculously awesome.

Friday- ~10 miles total: 4 mile warm up @6:45, 3.25 miles at 17:44, ~3
mile cool down ~7:20-7:30

Drew, your pace is absurdly detailed, I almost forgot you have your
fancy watch.

I will start posting once I have something worthwhile to add. I am
planning to take it easy for a few weeks, do about 50 miles a week or
so.

Saturday- Easy 4.85 @7:00

Sunday-40 minutes of Ultimate playing 1 man down, no run

Yeah, the watch is amazing. If you want to get together for a run
someday this week, let me know.
