Here's the breakdown this week ladies and gentlemen:

M: Mid-distance Easy
T: Probably just a fartlek
W: Mid-distance Easy
Th: Be ready to do work (another XC doosey)
F: Short and easy
S: Mid-dist easy
S: Long

Tuesday will definitely be a fartlek. Don't bother with bringing
spikes.
