(artist,album) <= (top-folder/2nd-folder) not working

I have a couple directories(aka folders) e.g.

"some-dir/Bill Frisell/Have A Little Faith/"

and

"some-dir/Bill Frisell/Blues Dream/

For the first one the artist and album names get picked up correctly , and all songs in directory appear in the library.

The second doesn't show up in the library even after a re-scan.

If you used itunes to do metadata editing, the files don't get modified, there's a change file generated which is part of Itunes...
Open a few of the files at the same time on the clementine edit track information right click, the musicbrainz utility may clean up some of the issues
Also compare the actual file names
