subsonic library fetch is not robust to rate limit and timeout

Hey there. Trying to link clementine 1.3.1 to a funkwhale through subsonic API.

The client still shows "updating..." but stops sending requests after receiving a few 429 or client timeouts (server says 499).

This happens in both albums fetch and per-album query update phases.

Would be nice if the UX could report the error, or even better retry with backoff.
