Album covers not loading

As the title says. Album covers don't load when playing a song, and they don't persist even after loading them manually, switching to different song will reset the cover back to the blurry image of a record player.

Clementine Version 1.4 rc2

Arch Linux 5.17.9-arch1-1

Did you use tools>cover manager?
How did you load them manually?

I'm on the same version on Manjaro

Covers work fine on clementine, but when I burn file on players or flash drives, some of the covers work & some don't
No idea why

I right click on the cover and click 'Load cover from disk'. Just tried the Cover manager and that also didn't help.
