Release of libmygpo-qt 1.2.0 (Qt6 Support)

Dear Amarok, Clementine & gPodder Community,

after a few years without any new release and with many applications
moving from Qt5 to Qt6 it is time for a new libmygpo-qt release.
This is the first one to support Qt6 and Qt4 support was removed completely.

Changes in 1.2.0:
-) New mimimum Versions: Qt5.15, CMake 3.5
-) Qt4 Build Support was removed
-) Added Qt6 support (thanks to Tuomas Nurmi)
-) Fix removeList of DeviceUpdates (thanks to Bart De Vries)
-) Fix timestamp sent to gpodder.net to correspond to UTC (thanks to
Bart De Vries)
-) Fix parsing of timestamp for EpisodeAction (thanks to Bart De Vries)

What is libmygpo-qt?

libmygpo-qt is a C++/Qt library wrapping the gpodder.net webservice. It
is used in Amarok & Clementine.
