Last Played Date dissapeared

Hi all,

I am on MXLinux and copied my music collection to a USB drive ready to update to OS.  All of the stats stayed except the last played date.

So I rescanned my original location (not done the update yet) and the dates have gone from there as well!!!  So the dates disappeared just by removing the library location and even when adding back the original location they were gone.

Did I do something wrong or are they gone for ever?
