Newbie here - playlist to play all songs

I often don't know what I want to play and would like all my songs to play randomly, is there a way to do this?

Sure.  Select "All Tracks" from the Smart playlists and then set "Shuffle all" from the shuffle icon located on the bottom bar immediately to the left of the play timer bar.
