Task 3B and 4 question

Dear organizers, 

While performing EDA over the dev and train datasets provided for Task 3B and Task 4, I observed that some of the JSON files do not provide English titles/content, e.g., data/task_3B/train_json/sabah.com.tr.json, data/task_4/train_json/yomiuri.co.jp.json.

As both tasks are for English, how should we deal with this?
