Dear Yanshan,

In case your department does not have access to ClueWeb, you have to start your application by filling up the ClueWeb12 license and sending it to Mihai Lupu (lu...@ifs.tuwien.ac.at). Did you complete this step?

Keep in mind that because of ECIR/Easters, many of the organizers will not be fully available these days.
