Can you include image option for uploading from local machine

Can you include image option in editor for uploading from local machine, so that i would be useful for using the images

you can copy the image the local machine and paste in the cleditor on the website http://premiumsoftware.net/cleditor. It seems to work on the internet version,but may not locally in your machine for some reason.

It will store the picture with long binary codes as such:

<img src="data:image/png;base64,iVBORw0KGgoAAA...... />

I have tried for long time this is not working please help me to upload the image from local machine.

I have used this below plugin also having path issue,
