how to make an (cursor: not-allowed) icon appear on hover over a disabled cleditor ?

I want to change the way the cleditor looks when it is disabled in the form to distinguish it from other active cleditor. 

i have to do something like .cleditorMain textarea .disabled {cursor:not-allowed; opacity:0.5}
