Maighread and Tríona Ní Dhomnhaill have been at the heart of the Irish traditional music scene for over 40 years. Born into a celebrated singing family from the Donegal Gaeltacht, the sisters (along with their brother Mícheál) formed the legendary group Skara Brae while still in their teens. Tríona went on to join The Bothy Band, one of the most significant groups in Irish music, and it was not until the 1990s that the sisters began to work together again.
Their live performances are heart-rending events, and the Clé Club is the perfect venue for their spellbinding harmonies.
