ClearNLP 3.2.0 and Java 8

I started looking at what it would take to update the wrappers in cleartk-clearnlp to ClearNLP 3.2.0.  Along the way, I found that ClearNLP is compiling with Java 8, which causes Unsupported Version exceptions.  Is transitioning to Java 8, something we can do for this project?  Is there any other way to get the up-to-date ClearNLP libraries?

I've created a branch named feature/issue419 which has the following charges:
Configured to build on Java 1.8
Wrappers updated for changes to ClearNlp APIs
Added sentence segmentation functionality to the ClearNlp Tokenizer wrapper.

Should I create a pull request to review and merge?

Sorry for the crazy delay. I think it's fine to move to Java 8; Java 7 was end-of-lifed in April 2015.
