Cloning cleartk within eclipse

I am having the following issue when trying to clone cleartk from eclilpse

A .project file already exists in directory /Users/negacy/git/cleartk

I cleaned everything in my git repository and I am still having this issue.

Any thoughts.

Never mind, I cloned the project from the terminal.
