Gus Gruman (Joe Estevez) is a powerful crime boss who has many enemies in the underworld. Someone is killing his friends and business associates by luring them into what promises to be a wild sexual encounter, but turns out to be a deadly trap. The victims are tortured and murdered by a gorgeous unidentified brunette (Julie Strain), who leaves no clues behind.
Trent Jacobson (Christopher Mitchum) is a police detective who is obsessed with solving the grisly homicides, but he has only one suspect - the mysterious woman seen leaving a crime scene. He also has a personal stake in the case, as his nephew Donny (Fred Watkins) is involved with Gruman's daughter Lisa (Rochelle Swanson), a spoiled heiress who is unaware of her father's criminal activities. Donny is a sleazy low-life and a big-time pimp who only wants Gruman's money, and the sexually-insatiable woman who has just entered his life.
As the murders continue, Trent moves closer to hunting down the serial killer, but he also faces danger from Gruman's henchmen, who suspect him of being an informant. The killer's motive and identity are revealed in a violent, bloody, and explosive climax that is sure to shock.
Lethal Seduction received mixed reviews from critics and audiences.
