DICENTIS is ideal for a wide variety of uses, from small to complex integrated meeting set-ups, from small-sized organizations to multinational corporations, as well as local, to national governments and international summits. The system is capable of connecting a network of up to 750 conference devices and even more upon request. It seamlessly integrates with other systems sharing the same IP network such as video streams or content management systems.

The chairperson can really take charge of the meeting and can access the meeting content via the high-capacitive touchscreen of the DICENTIS Multimedia device. Municipalities and city councils often have to vote for or against local projects and on budgetary matters. Additionally, the DICENTIS Conference System supports automatic camera control enabling participants and the chairperson to see the face of the speakers on the large conference screen.

As regional councils and governmental meetings are mostly held in larger venues, room acoustics plays an important role. Extended PC software is available to enable an operator to control meeting discussions, advanced audio settings, process monitoring and more. Participants can follow the discussion in their own language, when simultaneous interpretation is provided.

With the DICENTIS Discussion device with touchscreen, two participants can share the same device not only to discuss separately, but also to vote separately and the built-in NFC card reader will identify both users. They can even follow the meeting in two different languages. This all-in-one device saves table space and equipment costs.

For permanent installations where table space is limited, the DICENTIS Flush range is the perfect solution. Due to the modular design, the affordable range can easily cover different types of gatherings and meetings and offer a high level of functionality, installation convenience and distinctive styling.

The intuitive design of the modules contributes to an improved, more natural discussion atmosphere. Participants can identify themselves, choose their preferred language, cast a vote, listen to a speech and/or address the delegates. Depending on the meeting requirements, all deployed modules combine into one functional, straightforward device. User actions (identification, language selection and voting menu, possible-to-speak button, etc.) only light up when the respective function is active, allowing delegates to focus on the discussion.

In addition, the audio quality is protected by the shock-mount design of the microphone connection panel, minimizing ambient noise and tabletop vibrations. For convenience, short- and long-stem microphone options are available with screw-lock connections. When limited table space prohibits the integration of a regular microphone and button module, flush handheld microphones or other custom-built solutions can be installed.

Blank panels are available in wide and slim designs to cover/reserve unused space. All modules have a click-to-fit mechanism for easy flush-mounting into metal or wood surfaces such as tabletops or seat armrests. For convenience, the DICENTIS Flush range shares the same installation footprint as DCN Flush devices from Bosch (with the exception of the loudspeaker panel), allowing easy replacement without a major rework of the conference location.

An invisible mounting system adds to the aesthetic refinement of the DICENTIS Flush language selector. It shares the same installation footprint and layout as the renowned DCN Flush range from Bosch, allowing it to easily replace the DCN-FCS Flush channel selector without any further rework of the conference location.

The interpreter desk enables simultaneous interpreting in multilingual events for up to 100 languages. This ergonomic device complies with the latest as well as future market requirements. The vertical Graphical User Interface logically divides the sections for input and output languages in two columns. A simplified interface, showing only the used functions, can be configured for less experienced users. During the entire interpreting process, only relevant information is displayed and unused features can be hidden.

The interpreter desk with video output gives the interpreter the possibility to see the current speaker or presentation. The HDMI video output makes it easy to connect a third party external screen. The video images can be selected from the interpreter desk using one of the assignable buttons.
