Important: We did not have enough homeowner votes to have a quorum for
the annual meeting on November 28th. A quorum, which is greater than
50% of the homeowners, is needed to have an election and approve the
budget for next year. That means we need at least 209 of homeowners
represented in person or by proxy. We will try to have the annual
meeting again on Wednesday February 20th, 2008, so please plan on
attending or submitting your proxy form before then.
