Adding new components to ClearlyDefined

Hi all,

 

I am working on a project where I'd need to manually create some license files for some of the components being used (however I am looking to get these from ClearlyDefined).

 

The question I have is - if some of the components aren't listed on ClearlyDefined at all, is it possible to add a new component?

 

I see here: https://docs.clearlydefined.io/contributing-data that it says if "the component is listed" but doesn't have any data I can add the license if I’ve gathered the information - but how does it work for a component which is potentially not listed?
