ClearlyDefined Service API released at v1.2.0

The ClearlyDefined Service API has a new release at v1.2.0. See the release notes in GitHub for more information. If you have any issues with the new deploy, feel free to post them here or create an issue in the clearlydefined/service repository.

Highlights:

This is a minor release with no breaking changes.  Updates include:

• improved coordinate checking for PyPI
• new action to automatically update the LicenseDB data
• display information related to deploy in default endpoint for use in debugging
