Short Notice:

The Tokarskis will be in court today to counter an attempt by INDOT to keep them off their property. The Tokarskis have been documenting the horrific environmental destruction that is part of the I-69 tragedy and they have been documenting and reporting violations of rules and regulations by INDOT contractors. INDOT will say they want  to keep us out for our safety reasons. They also say we are interfering with their work. That is categorically untrue. Unless telling and showing the truth is interfering. 

The hearing will be in Judge Frances Hills court, room 307 in the Zietlow Justice Building at 9:30am. Please come if you can.
