Hide the branch type for one element

I have the following requirement in clearcase.

My VOB Name: test_vob
I have the following branches Branch_VER1 with properties of "one per
branch"

And I have created this branch for some set of elements in my VOB.

abc.c is one of the element which has this branch type Branch_VER1 and
under this branch there are some 20 versions has been created.

Now the requirement is hide the branch type for this element alone.

We could not modify the config spec and could not lock the branch ,
because some elements required to checkout/checked in from the
branch.

I have obsolete this branch in the version tree of abc.c, But i could
see the file if i use the apporiate config spec which has this branch
rule

chtype away the branches disturb you.
