Which service plan are you on? - home, no mobile yet

Which equipment do you use? - just the wireless modem

What kind of bandwidth do you usually get ( n.nn Mb/s downstream x
n.nn Mb/s upstream)? - I used to get 5+ and was very happy with
that...just switched from Comcast w/a modified modem that was over
12. These days I'm lucky if I get over 3 and a lot of times drops
down to 1.5 or lower.

Are you in an urban, suburban, or rural area? - urban

How far are you from the nearest CLEAR tower (if known)? - must be
close - 4-5 of the lights are usually lit.

Are you happy with the reliability of your connection? - reliability -
uh, let me think about that one...no

How frequently do you experience outages? - total outage is rare

How many times have you communicated with technical support at CLEAR?
- maybe 5-10

How many months of service meeting your expectations have you enjoyed?
- maybe 2

Has CLEAR ever adjusted your bill with credits for downtime, outages,
or reduced bandwidth? - yes

What other comments do you have? - I really like the technology of
it...I love the idea it can be accessed from most major cities...helps
me to feel I can be at home wherever I go. I think they have an
awesome product...I just hope they can back it up with good, reliable
service.
