CLEAR WiMAX Network Availability in Arlington, Virginia (22203)

Two completely different devices stopped working at the same time one
day nearly 3 weeks back and CLEAR still has an open ticket on the
matter. They "improved" the base stations located just South of
Ballston Common Mall and apparently knocked something loose and
haven't been able to figure out what.

Bandwidth went from approximately 6.0 Mb/s x 1.0 Mb/s to about 1.5 Mb/
s x 0.2 Mb/s and the network is down for hours at a time at this point.
