added sponsors functionality

We just added a way for sponsors to add their information to the site.
Visit a sponsors link in the footer. Once the sponsor is added, the
team captain will be able to add a sponsor to a new expedition. Every
user story for that expedition will show a sponsor logo with a link to
their web site. This way the sponsors will get desired publicity.
On a technical side, in order to make the sponsors functionality
happen, we had to add a new role to our http://preallowed.com
authorization system, and add a filter to the sponsors controller.
Only the users that are in admin role will be able to add/edit
sponsors.
